Glass tombstone according to the shape of the tombstone

In our shop, you can choose from a variety of shapes that CNC technology allows. However, if you need the glass to somehow copy the shape of your existing tombstone, we also offer this option. The process is a bit more complicated, though.

There are two ways to do this:

1/ If the tombstone is new, chances are it is made on a CNC machine and there is data that defines the shape. In that case, just give us the contact details of the supplier of the grave or headstone and we will have already negotiated with them how to pass on the shape data so that we can use it to prepare the graphics. This option does not significantly increase the cost of production.

2/ If digital shape data does not exist, the shape of the tombstone must be physically traced on a template (thin MDF board, cardboard, plastic). You send this to us, we scan it with a 3D laser and create the digital shape data. To check this data, we will mill the shape of the headstone or cover and send it to you. You must test this mock-up to see how it fits, take a picture of the situation and send us the photos. If the shape fits, we use the data to prepare the graphics and the procedure is classic. This option is more expensive in the thousands of crowns.
